Refund Policy

All bookings for Golden Temple Resonance experiences are non refundable.
 

Because each gathering is intentionally small and held in limited capacity, every reservation represents a meaningful commitment and directly impacts our ability to offer these experiences to the community. Our sessions are often intimate and carefully curated, and each space is held specifically for the participant who reserves it.
 

In addition, our offerings require thoughtful preparation in advance, including space curation, materials, and energetic facilitation. Once a reservation is made, that preparation begins immediately and resources are allocated specifically for that guest.
 

As a small, independently run business, we are unable to absorb last minute cancellations or unused spaces. Your booking directly supports the sustainability of these offerings and allows us to continue creating intentional ceremonial experiences.
 

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another guest. Please notify us in advance so we can update the reservation accordingly.
